Amen!

I am told you are supposed to never talk about polictics or religion, but Hanback talks about both sometimes on the blog as relates to hunting--yes, Amen!

"And God said,Go Fish" He didn't say, "wait until next weekend, mow the yard today" or "Oh, go ahead and reschedule that business meeting for this weekend, there will be other days" or "The kids will be around tomorrow, Just avoid the family some more..."
Good job Mike.

I wonder if the skins for Adam and Eve came from a "cull" buck or a Booner !!!! I bet the antler ended up as a tool for use in the "Garden of Eden"...nothing wasted !!!!

Michigan Whitetail Nut

Goose

Amen brother!!!

Flatlander, AMEN Brother!!!

'Nuff Said...really.

Hanback, thanks for having the "nuggets" to not worry about what the PC freaks would have you think, and thanks for also thumbing your nose at the liberal, atheist sissies as well.

P.S. Where can we purchase a camo covered Bible???

Somehow, Dean, I don't feel like Mike has thumbed his nose at me. Liberal, I am, atheist,I'm not. Be careful how you catagorize people.

sorry, liberal is close enough...

Dean, I have a copy of The Sportsman's Bible; it's camo-covered and has special devotional sections for outdoorsmen, and a zippered cover to make it pretty durable for carrying around: http://www.lifewaystores.com/lwstore/product.asp?isbn=1586403222

Only thing is, so far I've only seen it in the Holman Christian Standard version, which is not my first preference as far as translations go.

People make fun of my religion....

I pray to the animals and fish everytime I get outdoors to enjoy them! I always say a prayer before and after the time spent hunting or fishing. That is how God and Mother Nature blesses me as I persue Earth's wonderful beings!

And now I'm off to vidoetape some great velvet racked bucks! ( yes....I give blessings to them as I marvel their beauty)

Rodger, I didn't mean that all liberals are atheists. It's just that many atheists are "liberal". Perhaps it would have been better for me to have written liberal-atheists. It's a play on words.

I'm not anti-Liberal. Heck, I'd vote for a Democrat...provided it was the right one.
